The moves were each confirmed during a recent General Assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most notably, <strong>Anders Dorph<\/strong> has been elected as Chair having previously been a Board member. Meanwhile, <strong>Magali Clavie<\/strong> will sit alongside Dorph as Vice-Chair, having also moved from a Board member position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A GREF statement read: \u201cWe extend our warm congratulations to Mr. Anders Dorph on his election as Chairperson and to Ms. Magali Clavie as Vice-Chairperson. We look forward to their leadership in supporting GREF\u2019s strategic objectives and reinforcing cooperation among European gambling regulators.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further positions amongst the forum are now as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treasurer: <strong>Tim Miller,<\/strong> UK (continuing mandate, who is also the current Executive Director at the UK Gambling Commission\u2019s\u00a0 Policy Development);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secretary: <strong>Jean-Michel Costes<\/strong>, France (newly elected, and current Director of Studies at France\u2019s Observatoire des Jeux);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ordinary Member: <strong>Kinga Warda,<\/strong> Malta (renewed mandate, and current Chief Officer \u2013 Policy &amp; International Affairs at Malta Gaming Authority);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ordinary Member: <strong>Atle Hamar,<\/strong> Norway (renewed mandate, and current General Director, Norwegian Gambling and Foundation Authority);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ordinary Member: <strong>Michel Groothuizen, <\/strong>Netherlands (newly elected, and current Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kansspelautoriteit, the Dutch gaming regulator);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ordinary Member: <strong>Alexiou Antonis<\/strong>, Greece (newly elected, and current Deputy Director General of the Hellenic Gaming Commission).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The organisation emphasised the board\u2019s commitment to advancing GREF\u2019s mission through \u201congoing dialogue and cooperation\u201d among European gambling regulators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miller will be taking over the role from <strong>Isabelle Falque-Pierrotin<\/strong>, who has held the role since June 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Ms. Isabelle Falque-Pierrotin, who has concluded her term as Chairperson,\u201d GREF added.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHer dedication and leadership have played a pivotal role in strengthening GREF as a platform for regulatory collaboration and best practice. We thank her warmly for her outstanding service to the association.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The news comes as GREF releases its Annual Report which spans from May 2024 \u2013 May 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within this, Falque-Pierrotin stated: \u201cThroughout my mandate, I have seen encouraging progress in how our European voice contributes to international dialogue, and I believe this foundation will continue to grow stronger.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m confident the association will continue to flourish under new leadership, and I thank you all for your trust and support.
