Betcity has entered into a partnership with Sigurd-IT to improve customer experience

CUSTOMER CONTACTS WEEK 2022 was held in Moscow from 24 to 27 October. Leading Russian companies discussed the latest trends in the contact center industry and shared their experience in improving customer experience. Betcity presented a joint case with Sigurd-IT at the conference.

The exhibition brought together more than 500 participants from all over the country, including experts from Tinkoff, Yandex, VTB, Tele2, Alfa-Bank, Sberbank and other Russian business leaders. Betcity was represented at the conference by business analyst Tatyana Volchenko, who spoke about the implementation of the Sigurd-IT omni-channel platform and its impact on improving customer experience.

Tatyana said: «Thanks to the technological solutions of Sigurd-IT, we have built a single queue for processing customer requests. As a result, we can track the entire path of the players – from the receipt of a request to its solution.

It is important for us to work comprehensively with customer requests.

The implemented Sigurd-IT project made it possible to combine such communication channels as incoming and outgoing calls, email, Telegram and VK into a single system.»
